Put Adobe Air and Tweetdeck on your Ubuntu running netbook

So we know that netbooks rock and when they’re running Linux they rock even harder. Well, why not take it all to 11? Yes, 11, with Adobe AIR for Linux and Tweetdeck.

Tweetdeck on Linux

TweetDeck on Ubuntu Eee

1. Follow the directions in this tutorial for installing Adobe AIR from Sizlopedia
* Note: you need to enter your admin or root password to run this install

2. Get TweetDeck for Linux and install

Happy tweeting at 11!

Update: I’m adding this from the newest addition to our netbook computing family, a Dell Mini 9. And I’ve had some problems getting AIR installed but think I’ve found a workaround for a force intsall. Will share it when I have it.
